AES Elite stallion, Argento is one of the most successful stallions on the international showjumping circuit. With John Whitaker MBE, Argento has represented Great Britain in countless Nations Cups, successfully competed on the Global Champions Tour, and won over £1.5million. Argento has established a huge list of achievements with over 16 wins at international top level, across CSI3*- CSI5* classes, and is regularly placed within the Top 5. In 2019, he won the CSI3* 1.45m class at Valence CSI3*(FRA) and the CSI4* 1.45m speed class at Bolesworth (GBR). In 2018, he won the CSI5* GCT in Chantilly (FRA). 2017 - Placed in the Top 10 in numerous CSI5* shows including London, Brussels, Rome & Verona. He won the CSI3* 1.55m class at HOYS and the Ivy Stakes at Olympia. 2015 - No. 1 showjumper the WBFSH World Rankings list following his Longines Masters Grand Prix victory in Hong Kong. 2nd in the Longines GCT Grand Prix in London & Monaco and jumped a double clear that underpinned Great Britain’s FEI Nations Cup triumph in Rome. 2014 - 2nd biggest money winner in the UK. Accredited with Gold British Showjumping Stallion status. He is the best-known son of Olympic stallion, Arko III (Argentinus x Beach Boy). His dam is the British bred Flora May (Gasper x Crespino XX). Argento’s grandsire is the world famous Argentinus.
