Biography

Ridden by Billy Twomey, Je T’aime Flamenco was a regular member of the Irish team throughout his career. They were successful in age classes and together they won seven of the world’s major Grand Prix including HOYS, Belfast, Amsterdam, Barcelona and Valencia. Team GB Member, Michael Whitaker said of Je T’aime Flamenco, he is “One of the most exciting stallions to be available in the UK – a major winner of International Grand Prix. A stallion who has performed consistently through all the grades.” Je T’aime Flamenco’s sire is 2009 BWP Stallion Ambassador, Flamenco de Semilly, son of influential stallion Le Tot DeSemilly who won 22 international and 63 National Grand Prix. Le Tot De Semilly has produced offspring such as Everest Ashley, Itot Du Chateau and Diamant De Semilly. Flamenco De Semilly has several Grand Prix progeny, including Molly Ashi’s Vicomte D, Gregory Wathlett’s Willem, Wonder Boy and Je T’aime Flamenco. Je T’aime Flamenco’s dam, Quansie Van De Halhoeve, won at 1.50m level in Belgium. Her sire is Landetto, by Landgraf, who is by Lady Killer, giving the dam a great jumping bloodline. Landetto’s offspring include Undercover Agent and Utah Van Epicon, whilst Landgraf’s include Burggraaf and Libero. Je T’aime Flamenco’s looks, temperament and ability make him an ideal choice for any breeder intent on producing a world class jumping horse for the future
