Biography

Available for the first time on no foal no fee terms, Aristio will be parading at our Stallion Show on the 26th of April. A regular on the Irish Nations Cup team with his rider, Anthony Condon, AES Elite stallion SFS Aristio is proven at international competition level Anthony speaks highly of Aristio saying “What can I say about this horse. He absolutely loves his job and gives his all every time. SFS Aristio jumping the 5th 5* Nations Cup double clear of his career, I don’t think there are too many other horses that can claim that accolade.” Regularly placed in the Top 5, Aristio is a consistentperformer and has attained a very respectable 5 double clears while competing on 5* Nations Cup Teams. In 2019, he was placed in the Top 5 at Vilamoura, Vejer de la Frontera, St Tropez and Hickstead, including achieving first place in the CSI4* 1.50 in St Tropez. Aristio was a key member of the Irish team who finished in second place in the Nations Cup at Hickstead. In 2018 at Hickstead, he was the star performer whose round clinched the trophy for the Irish team. He won the CSI2* at Chantilly in France. He was in the top 10 placings at Liverpool International CSI4*. Aristio’s sire, the famous Arko III, was the Number 1 horse in Europe for 3 years and winner of over £1 million. He represented Great Britain with Nick Skelton in the 2004 Athens Olympics. Aristio’s dam, Leidy, bred the Grand Prix stallion, PicassoZ. Her sire, Voltaire, has over 30 approved sires, amongst them Concorde & Kannan.
