Biography

Both Sire and Dam lines have produced numerous 1.60m level jumpers and 5* eventers ‘Bartender” is an exceptional young AES licensed stallion that is sure to follow in his ancestors footsteps. He has perfect uphill conformation, a forearm that elevates like a dressage horse and a quick ultra careful elastic technique over a fence. He is the modern blood type that is required across all disciplines at the top level boasting 61.33% blood. ‘Marshall’ as he is known at home has a kind and gentle temperament both in and out of the stable and just loves to work. His sire Herald 3 has won 3* Grand Prix’s, has numerous 5* Nations Cups top 5 placings and competed at the World Equestrian Games. His dam has show jumped at 1.40m level and has represented Great Britain and Germany at 5* level eventing. Her first foal was sold to Team Nijoff. His grandam Labrax M has produced numerous 1.60m level show jumpers including O Come on M, Pheton M, Flavio and Empire, as well as 5* eventers Cadoc Z and Barones. Selected for the World YH championships in Lanaken in 2024 and was the 3rd best British Bred stallion. The only horse to qualify for both Burghley and Lanakan as a 5-year-old in 2024. Qualified for Burghley on his first attempt again, as both a 4 and 5-year-old.
