Biography

Hallifax Lyng was named Premium stallion in 2020 by Trakehner Verband at the stallion show in Neumünster. Later in the spring of 2021 he was approved in Danish Warmblood. Hallifax has many highly rated mares as well as many s-horses and Grand Prix horses in his pedigree. In 2021 was approved for life after a great material test in both Danish Warmblood and the German Trakehner federation where the breeding management strongly recommends using him. In 2022 he won the 4 year old Trakehner Championship in Denmark and in 2023 he won the 5 year old Trakehner Bundesturnier in Münster-Harndorf. Description Bred for performance. Hallifax Lyng has been tested negative for FFS and is therefore not a carrier of the gene. Jet black and extremely well-moving premium stallion. The father of Hallifax Lyng is Schwarzgold, after the legendary Imperio who, with the successful Hubertus Schmidt in the saddle, has celebrated several great triumphs in the big dressage scene. Schwarzgold himself has won Bundesturnier and is one of the very few stallions qualified for the Bundeschampionatet as both 3, 4, 5 and 6 year old. From the first foal year he has marked himself strongly in breeding with many highlights - including 2 x mare of the year in Germany, 2 x mare of the year in Denmark, 10 approved stallions in 3 years including 1 champion stallion and a reserve champion stallion. Schwarzgold has also won several S dressage classes himself. The mother Halle Berry was a Champion mare when she was 3 years old, she got 9 in both walk, trot and canter and ended up with the highest test result at national level! In the same year she was the star of the auction in Neumünster where she was sold for 65,000 Euros as the most expensive riding horse! The grandfather, Aston Martin, was competing international Grand Prix under Helene Melsen. Aston Martin has been part of the Danish national team for several years and has many victories and placements nationally and internationally. Hallifax is out of one of the best breeding lines in Trakehner Verband right now, namely the H line. From the same mare line you will find Helium, who was a reserve champion stallion in Trakehner Verband, he was sold at the Auction for almost 150 000,- Euro as winner of his sports test. Last year, Helium had his first sons for grading where one of his sons was named as champion stallion. Helium's full sister was sold in the 2020 auction in Neumünster for over 125 000,- Euro!
