Biography

Tesino RS impresses with his loose, springy movement, complemented by a generous stride and the canter that is always performed uphill. At the 50-day test in Adelheidsdorf in 2024, he confirmed or exceeded the highest expectations and ended up in the top group. The pedigree is a collection of the finest luminaries of the international art of horse riding. The sire Total Hope is already a child of famous parents: His father Totilas (Edward Gal/NED) and the dam Weihegold (Isabell Werth) have equipped him with the highest honours of the dressage genre, which he himself masterfully implements as winner of the Nuremberg Burgpokal and international Grand Prix series winner under Isabel Freese (NOR). He has also been a successful participant in the European Championships in Riesenbeck and the World Championships in Herning (DEN) and qualified for the Olympic Games in Paris (FRA). The dam My Diva PS previously produced the licensed stallion Just in Time (by Jameson RS2, PB Westf.). The dam's sire Morricone I, Oldenburg licensing winner of his 2014 year in Vechta, has been on everyone's lips for years due to his inheritance and his impressive performance. He was a finalist in the Nuremberg Burgpokal 2019, Grand Prix winner and has already produced over 20 licensed sons. The granddam Special Diva OLD, with Heiko Klausing Federal Champion of three-year-old mares and geldings in 2014, is a half-sister to the licensed stallion Brilliant (by Bretton Woods, licensing winner Redefin 2014), and produced the licensed stallions Monterey (by Morricone I, PB Oldbg., full brother to the dam My Diva), Le Spécial (by Lord Europe) and Total Diamond PS (by Totilas). After numerous titles in the course of his career (premium stallion, main premium winner, stallion performance test winner, Federal Champion, Vice World Champion), Special Diva's sire Sir Donnerhall I is now one of the world's top dressage sires and was ranked 13th in the WBFSH world rankings in 2024. Diamond Hit in the fourth generation was both Vice World Champion and Vice Federal Champion of five-year-old dressage horses in 2002. The year before, he was Vice State Champion and Vice Federal Champion of four-year-old stallions. Diamond Hit was later successful at international level. With Emma Hindle (GBR), he placed in the Grand Prix of Aachen, Wiesbaden and Stadl Paura (AUT) and is also a proven sire of excellent dressage horses and important stallions. Well-known representatives of Westphalian performance breeding such as Landro L, Diamantino, Weinberg, Remus II and Frühling form the pedigree background. Tesino RS represents the mare line 600/Helferin von Lanhausen, which was originally Hanoverian but is omnipresent in Westphalia. This has resulted in 20 licensed stallions, including heroes of Westphalian breeding such as Remus I and Remus II (Ldb. Warendorf), Romulus I (Ldb. Warendorf, licensing winner), Romulus II (private stallion Westphalia), Abendgold (private stallion Westphalia), Feuerstein (Ldb. Moritzburg), Flamenco (private stallion Westphalia, Bay.), Pentagon (Ldb. Dillenburg, private stallion Hesse), and the internationally successful show jumper Fharian/Hans-Joachim Langemeyer.
